Provides desktop support for your Windows based computers. This support may include but is not limited to the following:
install and configure Windows operating system
install, configure & troubleshoot applications software
optimise computer settings
troubleshoot boot up failure
recovering lost data
scan for and remove malware
update and configure web browser software
support for email services
create or modify a script to automate a system task
Desktop support does not include:
consulting which may cover hardware, software, work processes
connecting the computer to a network or troubleshooting networking
connecting a peripheral such as a NAS or server to the network
installing and configuring network gear eg install a router
3 hours prepaid support: you save 5% or $20.25 off equivalent hourly rates
Validity: Up to 10 hours purchase valid for up to 9 months. Between 10 to 20 hours purchase valid for up to 12 months. Over 20 hours purchase valid for up to 18 months.
