Provides desktop support for your Windows based computers. This support may include but is not limited to the following:

• install and configure Windows operating system

• install, configure & troubleshoot applications software

• optimise computer settings

• troubleshoot boot up failure

• recovering lost data

• scan for and remove malware

• update and configure web browser software

• support for email services

• create or modify a script to automate a system task

Desktop support does not include:

• consulting which may cover hardware, software, work processes

• connecting the computer to a network or troubleshooting networking

• connecting a peripheral such as a NAS or server to the network

• installing and configuring network gear eg install a router

3 hours prepaid support: you save 5% or $21.75 off equivalent hourly rates

Validity: Up to 10 hours purchase valid for up to 9 months. Between 10 to 20 hours purchase valid for up to 12 months. Over 20 hours purchase valid for up to 18 months.
